During my lifetime, I have walked through several extremely traumatic life experiences. In each instance, as I allowed the Lord to do His work and have His way, He sustained me, encouraged me and taught me. When my first husband died suddenly, with no warning, I took my questions and fears to the Lord and He taught me to live my life without fear. When I obeyed the Lord's calling to move across the country without a job or a plan, He provided and guided and exchanged my questions for a sense of purpose that changed my life. When I couldn’t understand why I wasn’t remarried after 9 years of being alone, the Lord shattered a glass ceiling I had unknowingly created and gave me the best husband I could ever have. Now Dave and I work together in ministry and encourage believers to pray the promises of God’s Word.
